Abdul Kaseem is a character in Jonny Quest.

He and the Maharajah of Jahlipur worked closely with Dr. Zin to force Professor Gundersen to turn out large amounts of zanium and pass it off as gold. However, Kaseem was the more ruthless co-conspirator. When Dr. Zin ordered him to proceed with phase two of their plan, he killed the Mararajah with a lethal drug and assumed his identity. When the Quest team arrived in India, Kaseem's men ran them off the road and later uncoupled their car from a train. The car almost went over a cliff, until Bandit's added weight tipped it back. During a tiger hunt, Kaseem's henchmen released a dangerous tiger that killed Kaseem's partner Ali, who was trying to shoot Dr. Quest. Kaseem captured the boys and Bandit when they entered the mine and met Professor Gundersen. He was also prepared for when Dr. Quest and Race entered the mine to look for the boys, capturing them as well. He tried to blow the whole group up, including the Professor, but that failed. Dr. Zin reprimanded Kaseem for bungling again, and the Maharajah's pet leopard, Leji, broke loose and chased Kaseem far away.
