He is a short man with brownish skin. He wears a purple derby, and a red suit with a bone in its lapel.
He and Bobo relentlessly pursue Rock Slag, and later, Fred Flintstone, intending to kill them. They eventually deliver a message about the anti-missile missile to the Green Goose, and then end up launched into outer space along with the Green Goose and Tanya.
