Alvin Brickrock is a character in The Flintstones. He was voiced by Elliot Field imitating Alfred Hitchcock.
He and his wife Agatha were first observed by Fred and Barney as silhouettes in a window. They were watching the couple fight until Alvin pulled the shade down.
Later, Alvin stopped by the Flintstones house to ask for a spade, but didn't say why. Fred and Barney were convinced he'd killed Agatha, thought he'd borrowed the spade to bury her, and even thought he was another man, though this man looked nothing like him. They decided to snoop around his house, where Barney mistook a mastodon skeleton for Agatha. Alvin told them he was an archaeologist, explaining the book about the subject they'd noticed. When he paid the Flintstones another visit, he admitted his wife's body was in a trunk, but it turned out to be body-building equipment. Finally, Alvin revealed what really happened to Agatha, and gave his own enunciation of "Good ev-en-ing."
