Angus Haggart is a character in Scooby-Doo! and the Loch Ness Monster.
About Angus[]
Angus is one of the two quarreling sons of Lachlan Haggart.
He and his brother, Colin, were with Shannon when the Loch Ness Monster attacked first attacked.
When the gang went to town to ask his father for help, he and Collin were tying a balloon down when his brother let go on purpose, causing him to be dragged away, but Collin went back and helped him. They then went off to rebuild the Games field.
They hired by Prof. Fiona Pembrooke to run the land-going version of the Loch Ness Monster, to convince Sir Ian Locksley that Nessie was real so he would take her photos seriously. But they did it more as a prank and didn't care about the games, much to their father's annoyance.
