Arnold is a character in The Flintstones. He was voiced by Don Messick.
About Arnold[]
He delivered the local newspaper to Fred Flintstone every day, invariably by throwing it, and hitting Fred's head. Fred saw the boy as a thorn in his side, and was shocked to find out Arnold was the little visitor Wilma and Betty had been talking about. (Fred thought Wilma was pregnant.)
Arnold was also a player on the Bedrock Giants Peewee League baseball team, along with Mr. Slate's son Eugene, a boy named Clarence, and several unnamed boys.
In the episode "Wilma's Vanishing Money", Arnold single-handedly captured a robber.
He was seen as an adult in the episode "Groom Gloom", when Fred dreamed about Pebbles and Arnold getting married.
Arnold was never seen again after The Flintstones was cancelled, possibly due to the adversarial relationship between him and Fred.
