He is the resident mouser at the Spin-Your-Wheels Garage forever seeking to catch Motormouse, and constantly failing despite ramping up the horsepower in virtually every one of his motorised mouse-catching vehicles. In effect, getting the short end of the stick.
He's an orange tabby with white belly, chartreuse ascot, purple chopper-rider's vest and black helmet with white accent stripes; old-style rider's goggles figure prominently.
