Summary[]
Penelope Pitstop and the Ant Hill Mob are in San Francisco's Chinatown for the Chinese New Year celebration. Once again, the Hooded Claw is out to cause disaster for Penelope.
Trivia[]
- Early in the episode, the Hooded Claw poses as detective Charlie Chin, which is an obvious parody of Charlie Chan, who would get his own Hanna-Barbera series in 1972. "Chin" refers to the Bully Brothers as his number one and number two "dummy-sans", although -san is a Japanese honorific, not Chinese.
- The dough roller machine at the fortune cookie factory has been made into a 3D model for use in any software capable of importing props in Wavefront OBJ format.
