Banning Junction is a location in the What's New Scooby-Doo? episode "A Scooby-Doo Halloween". It is the farming town where Velma Dinkley's Aunt Meg and Uncle Evan live.

Banning Junction was celebrating its 100th Halloween when the gang arrived, and rumors were going around about the ghost of Hank Banning returning for revenge. Someone was creating crop damage with Scarecrow Robots, in the form of Halloween symbols.
