Bez is a character in Arabian Knights. He was voiced by Henry Corden.
About Bez[]
He is a dark-skinned man with a turban and green clothing. He is a shapeshifter that can turn into any version of animals that he desires, like a bird or aquatic creature,[1] from a mighty elephant to a tiny mouse. Often, he triggers this ability by saying the phrase "Size of a __!" and naming the animal he wishes to become; this is followed by a loud boom that proclaims his transformation. Sometimes, the magical phrase is followed by clapping his hands together. His powers can be severed if someone closed his mouth. If the creature is small enough, he can turn into many versions of it, such as turning into a million bees.[2] He is also known to turn into some larger animals which often serve as alternate modes of transportation for the Knights, like an elephant or a camel for land transportation. He can also transform into mythical creatures like a winged stallion[3] or a roc (a giant bird)[4] for the occasional airborne transportation. His shapeshifting makes him a handy spy for the Knights in order to find out what Bakaar is planning.
Bez came to the aid of the dispose Prince Turhan and his party when they were surrounded by the forces of evil Bakaar, and thus earned a place in the resistance group known as the Arabian Knights.
