William Mark Fagerbakke (born 4 October 1957, Fontana, California) is an American comic actor and voice actor. He was the voice of Harry Dunne in the animated series of Dumb and Dumber.

Bill Fagerbakke is an American actor and voice actor. He is well known for his long-running roles as Patrick Star in the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and as Michael "Dauber" Dybinski on the ABC sitcom Coach. He has also appeared in ten episodes of the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother as Marshall Eriksen's father, Marvin.
He has been married to Catherine McClenahan since 1989. They have two daughters, Hannah (born 1991) and Carson (born 1994).
