He is a member of a comic book group called Mighty Mysteries Comics.
Billy Joe is a husky, Southern, Caucasian teenager. He has blond hair, wears a folded-collar shirt with vermillion-red and white stripes, brown jacket, blue pants, and brown shoes.
Of the comic book group members, he is the worrywart. He is cowardly, apprehensive, and the least confident about case-solving. Although he always has his doubts that it can possibly be done, he and the others manage to get it done successfully in the end every time.
