Robert J. Singer (born 26 January 1928, Santa Barbara, California) is an American animator and storyboard artist. His Hanna-Barbera credits include Charlotte's Web, Smurfs, Scooby-Doo, SuperFriends, The Little Rascals and Johnny Bravo.
Singer created miniature collectible cels for inclusion with several Hanna-Barbera DVD sets, such as Dastardly & Muttley in Their Flying Machines, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, and The Best of The New Scooby-Doo Movies.
