Boomer is one of the Rowdyruff Boys on The Powerpuff Girls. He is the male counterpart to Bubbles.
After being killed by the Powerpuff Girls' kiss of death, Boomer was revived by HIM and was given a cootie shot to prevent the same mistake from being repeated. Opposed to Bubbles' light blue, Boomer's color is more like a cobalt blue. His key element is "Snips".
