Boothville is a location in "The Chiller Diller Movie Thriller", an episode of The Scooby-Doo Show. The town was named for Milo Booth, a famous silent film actor who was also buried there.
History[]
The Phantom of Milo Booth sidetracked the gang to this town so they could see that a tomb he had re-labeled as Milo's tomb was empty, and he hoped to convince some that the ghost was real. He was not expecting the exposure of his Scooby-Dee impostor. When that happened, the phantom tried to trap them in the tomb.
