Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born 20 July 1962, Sacramento, California) is a prolific American voice actor born to Argentine parents. He is known for voicing Mr. Crocker in The Fairly Odd Parents, Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life, and Lazlo, Clam, and Chef McMuesli in Camp Lazlo. His voice roles related to Hanna-Barbera include:
