She is the gun moll of the mob boss Big Louie. She is tall and skinny, with platinum blonde hair. She presents herself as beautiful but ditzy. She has only two lines: "Hello, Cookie," and "Good-bye, Cookie." Big Louie coerces Barney Rubble into ensuring that she wins the grand prize in the Water Buffalo Lodge's upcoming beauty contest.

- Cookie's voice and mannerisms are modeled after Gracie Allen, the wife of comedian George Burns.
- She is one of the very few Flintstones characters not to have a last name.
