Crusty is a middle-aged Caucasian male with a little bit of black hair, and the rest being a toupee. He also has a black mustache and goatee. His clothing includes a red long-sleeved shirt. He was in charge of a restaurant next door to Blake's Videorama.
Crusty doesn't seem to be a big fan of children; he claims that he's losing business because of noisy children in the neighboring arcade.
Crusty wanted to close down the arcade because he thought it was making too much noise and was driving away his customers, so he dressed up as Bigwig to scare away theirs. (The real reason he was losing business was the quality of his food. For example, his breadsticks were made of wooden sticks, not bread.)
