Darwood Kaye (8 September 1929 - 15 May 2002) was a former child actor from the Our Gang series of short films. He was noted for playing the role of Waldo, a snobbish villain who was always trying to lure Darla Hood away from Alfalfa, only for his evil schemes to be repeatedly defeated by Alfalfa. In The Little Rascals animated series, he always wore a captain's hat, though his full hair was shown in "Darla's Dream Dance". He appeared to be raised in a wealthy family who owned a fleet of yachts, as in his first appearance, "Yachtsa' Luck", and was voiced by B. J. Ward. His wealth and snobby villain persona was later carried over into the 1994 feature-length film The Little Rascals. He appeared in at least eight segments in the series.
