Dolly Van Dumpling is a one-time character in The Little Rascals animated series, whose only appearance is in the 11-minute episode "Beauty Queen for a Day". She was voiced by Russi Taylor. Dolly supposedly spoke in a Valley Girl-style accent.

- Although unrevealed, Dolly is a nickname for Dorothy. In the original theatrical shorts, Dorothy DeBorba was the leading lady, playing the role of Dorothy in the early 1930s. She was succeeded by Darla Hood in 1936. DeBorba never appeared in the animated series.
