Eustace Paul Peevly is a character on Help!... It's the Hair Bear Bunch!
Voiced by John Stephenson, the character was originally intended as a voice caricature of Joe Flynn, who played Captain Binghamton on the 1960s sitcom McHale's Navy. Stephenson suggested that Flynn be allowed to audition for the role of Peevly, so Flynn auditioned, but Joseph Barbera didn't think Flynn sounded right for the character, so Stephenson was cast instead.
