Sebastian is a character on Josie and the Pussy Cats. He was voiced by Don Messick.
About Sebastian[]
Sebastian is Alexandra Cabot's snickering cat, whose black and white fur resembles Alexandra's hair. He enjoys being mean and sometimes appears to go to the enemy's side, but usually only to trick the villain so he can have a chance to help the group escape. He sometimes uses his claws to pick locks. Alexandra sometimes recruits Sebastian to pull dirty tricks on Josie, but even these tricks usually backfire. He protects Josie's relationship with Alan.

- In the Archie comic book series Jose and the Pussycats, a running gag is that Sebastian cat is the feline reincarnation of Alexandra's witchcraft-dealing ancestor Sebastian Cabot; Alexandria tries to use Sebastian and magic to make Josie look foolish but ends up failing miserably.
- Unlike the Comic book series in Hanna-Barbara series neither Alexandra nor Sebastian cat engaged in witchcraft; in fact Alexandra and Sebastian cat were counterparts of Dick Dastardly and his snickering sidekick Muttley.
- In one episode, "The Haunted Showboat" one scene had Don Messick voice Sebastain Cat and Scooby Doo at the same time.
- Despite being a part of the Pussycats in both the Archie Comics and 1970 classic cartoons series, Sebastian was the only cast member who was not shown in a 2001 live-action comedy movie "Josie and the Pussycats"!
- Don Messick also voiced the similar mischievous cat Boo the Ghost on the The Funky Phantom series
