Bubbles plays keyboard for the Neptunes, and is portrayed as a stereotypical "dumb blonde" and is always missing the big picture of things. Her characterization is believed to have been based on the on-air persona of comic actress Gracie Allen.
Bubbles is a young Caucasian lady with a slender build and flaxen, curly hair. She wears a purple diving suit with matching skirt, a folded collar with yellow outlines around the shoulders, a yellow V-shape that extends to her chest, a yellow waistband, a yellow streak on the side of each pant leg, and yellow boots.
