Floral Rugg (voiced by Jean Vander Pyl) is a character in The Hillbilly Bears and a member of the Rugg family.
About Floral
She's a southern belle and the most sophisticated member of the family. Her lemon-colored fur contrasts with the darker-colored fur of Maw, Paw and Shag.
