Jennifer Leann Carpenter (born 7 December 1978, Louisville, Kentucky) is an American actress. She was the voice of Chikara in Scooby-Doo! and Kiss: Rock and Roll Mystery.

Jennifer Carpenter is best known for her role as Debra Morgan in the Showtime TV series Dexter. She was also the voice of Black Widow in the animated direct-to-video film Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher.
