Joe E. Ross
Joe E. Ross (born Joseph Roszawikz, 15 March 1914 – 13 August 1982) was an American comic character actor and voice actor. He is best known for playing Officer Gunther Toody in the sitcom Car 54, Where Are You? He reprised that role in an episode of Wait till Your Father Gets Home.
