Jungle Jeopardy is the first episode of The Perils of Penelope Pitstop.
Summary[]
After her plane is sabotaged mid-flight, Penelope Pitstop lands safely in an eagle's nest. As she climbs down the steep cliff, the Hooded Claw destroys her foothold with his slingshot. Penelope falls into the Hooded Claw's cage, but is rescued by the Ant Hill Mob and Chugga-Boom.
Penelope spends the rest of the episode in a various series of perils, including being chained to a log and headed toward a waterfall, and later climbing to the top of an idol, which the Hooded Claw surrounds with gunpowder. Finally, after Penelope and the mob leave the jungle, she is taken aboard the Hooded Claw's submarine. He straps her to a torpedo and directs it to China. The mobsters rescue Penelope again, and Clyde sends the torpedo "back to its rightful owner", sinking the Hooded Claw's submarine.
