Kelly Harkness is a character in "The Thing" segments of Fred and Barney Meet the Thing.
About Kelly[]
She is the daughter of Dr. Harkness, and witnessed his attempt to make Ben Grimm of The Fantastic Four human again. While the Thing does regain his human form, he becomes a teenage boy instead of an adult. Kelly and her father are the only ones who know Benjy's secret.
Kelly's older sister, Betty Harkness, is often in the company of the wealthy teen Ronald Radford. Not at all like her sister, Kelly stands by Benjy in times of trouble, and sometimes goes with him when he pursues the bad guys. She's also a bit of a tomboy, looking forward to adventure.
