Melody Valentine is a character on Josie and the Pussy Cats. She was voiced by Barbara Pariot.
About Melody
In the band, she is the drummer. Melody is a stereotypical "dumb blonde", although her drumming skills have helped the gang on a few occasions. Melody is not bright, but she's very kind towards everyone, even Alexandra. She usually speaks in a sing-song voice, and she is Alexander's girlfriend.
Her most common attire in the first series consists of all shades of green: A grass green shirt with turtle-neck collar and long sleeves; a mint green vest with a V-neck; a Sacramento green, pleated mini-skirt; and mint green high heels.
In the musical sequences, Melody wears a rock band suit and she plays the drums.
In Josie and the Pussy Cats in Outer Space, like both Valerie and Josie, Melody wears a golden yellow space suit with an orange sailor collar, matching orange gloves with a brown belt and the pussycat buckle in the center and brown boots. The color of her ribbon is now golden yellow to match her space suit.
