Mr. Dinkley is the father of Velma Dinkley. He appears in "The Computer Walks Among Us", an episode of A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.
About Mr. Dinkley[]
He looks like a mature male version of Velma, balding with a mustache. He wears the same style of glasses as Velma, and dresses in the same color scheme.
Velma's father encouraged her academic progress, and he was relieved when she was cleared of being behind the rogue computer that was attacking the school. Like his wife, he is very proud of Velma.
Velma's parents attended the Brain Club Science Show at Coolsville Junior High to see their daughter's entry. After she won, Mr. Dinkley invited everyone to the nearest ice cream establishment.
