Ms. Pac-Man is a central character in the Pac-Man animated TV series, where she is named "Pepper". She was voiced by Barbara Minkus.

She is Pac-Man's lovely wife. She originally appeared in the 1981 arcade game of the same name. Her hair is brown and she wears a pink bow, white wrist-length gloves and pink knee-high go-go boots.
