Noelle North (born 11 July 1949) is an American actress. Her various roles for Hanna-Barbera include Slouchy Smurfling in Smurfs, Kelly Harkness in Fred and Barney Meet the Thing, Penny in The Secret World of Og, and Whisper in Star Fairies.

Noelle North attended Los Angeles Valley College in the 1970s. Among her classmates were veteran actress Merry Anders, and soon-to-be-famous actor Christopher Norris, with whom she appeared in a very shocking episode of Police Story (1973).
