Old Stone Bank was a savings bank based in Rhode Island.
It was created in 1969, though it evolved from a bank founded in 1819. For years, TV ads featured Fred Flintstone as its mascot, saying, "Yabba-dabba-doo! Love that Old Stone Bank."
Unfortunately, the bank was defunct by 1993, and taken over by Citizens Bank in 1994. The original building in Providence is now (as of May 2022) owned by Gold Dome Properties LLC.
