Pac-Baby is the infant son of Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man. Due to wearing a blue hair bow and being voiced by Russi Taylor, Pac-Baby is easily mistaken for a girl. In the episode "Pac Van Winkle", Frank Welker voiced the grown-up Pac-Baby.
