Patrick Howard Fraley (born 18 February 1949, Seattle) is an American voice actor. For Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros., he did supporting voices for the following series and movies:
- The Addams Family, 1992–93 (as Cousin Itt)
- The Dukes (five episodes)
- The Jetsons (episode "Elroy in Wonderland")
- Pound Puppies (as Pupnik, episode "Secret Agent Pup")
- Rockin' with Judy Jetson (as Zilchy)
- Scooby Goes Hollywood
- Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (as policeman and Tiger Morris, episode "Twenty Thousand Screams Under the Sea")
- Smurfs
- What's New Scooby-Doo? (as Uncle Karl, episode "Fright House of a Lighthouse")
- Yogi's Great Escape
- Yo Yogi!
Fraley wrote in a Facebook post on 4 April 2012 that the highlight of his career was recording the voice of the Flintstones' phonograph bird in the 1980s.
