Paw Rugg is a main character on The Hillbilly Bears. He was voiced by Henry Corden in the original shorts and by Jim Conroy in Jellystone!
Biography[]
Husband to Maw and father of Floral and Shag, Paw divides his time between having wacky misadventures and feuding with the neighbor family, the Hoppers.
Appearance[]
Paw is a brown bear with a yellow country hat, a pink shirt with ripped sleeves and green sewn pants with suspenders. He is often seen smoking a pipe, which was left out in the 2017 Wacky Races series and Jellystone!.
Personality[]
Paw is very lazy and likes peace and luck, but also enjoys spending time sitting in front of his house while exchanging fire with the Hoppers. He also has a habit of getting into various unlucky situations on a daily basis when he has to do some task. Despite everything, he is a good husband and father, and he cares deeply about his family and will do anything to keep them safe.
He always speaks with a mumble, which often makes it difficult to understand what he says, except for his family.
