Prime Minister Rulo is a character in Josie and the Pussy Cats in Outer Space.
About Rulo[]
He was in league with the Canyonians to put the Arcobians and the Pussy Cats to sleep with special purple dust launched from a catapult. Their scheme was to steal the Robotron, which contained all the data on the planet, and frame the Pussy Cats for the theft. He and Gorgog began arguing over which of them would rule the galaxy. The crime was exposed when Valerie Brown put the Canyonians to sleep with their own dust, and then told the Arcobians that Rulo had some of the dust on his hands. Rulo and the Canyonians were sent to prison.
