Summary[]
At the start of the episode, Buckwheat hears a loud thud and feels vibrations from outside the Rascals' treehouse, and the gang runs outside to see what was causing the problem: a piece of construction equipment repeatedly hitting the treehouse. The gang learns that some business owners had purchased the property to build a car dealership on the site. The Rascals started to protest, as a union would be on strike, fighting to save their treehouse and forcing the property owners to change their minds.

- The scene where the Rascals got dunked inside the mechanical laundry tub may be a callback to Buckwheat sitting in the laundry tub in the Our Gang short "Canned Fishing".
