See-Saw to Arkansas is the first segment of the first episode of Wacky Races.
During the race to Mustard Spread(/Boydell), Arkansas, the members of the Ant Hill Mob elude a policeman by dressing as the Seven Dwarfs. They misdirect both Penelope Pitstop and Dick Dastardly before re-entering the race.
