Summary[]
A villain known as Shadowman mysteriously knows all of the plans of the Crime Commission, and plans to commit a crime spree where Mayor Gaunt is framed for one of the crimes. Blue Falcon and Dynomutt must thwart Shadowman's plot and discover his true identity.
