Blum, whose surname is pronounced "bloom", is the voice of TOM, the mascot of Cartoon Network's Toonami block and is mostly known for voicing many well-known characters in anime such as Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop and Leeron from Gurren Lagann.
He is not to be confused with another Steven Blum, who is mainly involved in crew work in television shows, such as the U.S. version of Whose Line Is It Anyway?
