The Boardwalk Booby Trap is the third episode of The Perils of Penelope Pitstop.
Summary[]
At the start of the episode, Penelope Pitstop is at the beach, allowing the Ant Hill Mob to playfully bury her in the sand. She is unaware that the Hooded Claw has mixed quick-drying concrete into the sand, and has sent the Bully Brothers to run a steamroller over her. The mobsters tunnel under the sand to pull Penelope to safety, but not until they've pulled all the other beachgoers under the sand as well.
Now off the beach and fully clothed, Penelope and the mob enjoy the boardwalk. But the Hooded Claw, with the aid of a telephone booth, catches Penelope in a large fishing net. He delivers her to a canning factory. The mobsters use Chugga-Boom's wheels to make cuts in the pier, sending the cannery into the ocean, and saving Penelope again.
