The Nemo's a No No Affair is the first episode of Josie and the Pussy Cats. It first aired 12 September 1970 on CBS.
Summary[]
While on a low-economy cruise to Pago Pago Island, the gang's ship is attacked and sunk by Captain Nemo's super submarine. The great-grandson of the original Nemo reveals his plans of using his sub to sink any ship in his path in order to rule the seas. After being captured and dropped to the bottom of the ocean, the Pussy Cats escape, find Nemo's headquarters on Volcano Island and set out to stop his plans in their unusual, madcap fashion.

- The character Captain Nemo was based on the Jules Verne deuteragonist from his 1869 classic Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea and his cameo in the 1875 quasi-sequel, Mysterious Island.
