USA Network is a cable television network in the United States, currently owned by NBC Universal. From late 1982 to mid-September 1996, its "Cartoon Express" block reran many, but not all, Hanna-Barbera cartoon series.
One of the advantages of having an anthology series like "Cartoon Express" is that many Hanna-Barbera shows that didn't have a full enough run to warrant their own weekday airings would air under this umbrella packaging.
