Winsome W. "Winnie" Witch is a character in The Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show. She was voiced by Jean Vander Pyl. She appears in Jellystone! in which she is British and works at the hospital cafeteria. Her role was reduced in the second season with her only speaking appearance being in the episode "Choir Choir, Pants on Fire".

She is a friendly, yet somewhat inept, witch. Winnie's catchphrase when casting a spell was "Ippity - Pippity - Pow!" When the magic spell conjures, the Jet Screamer entrance cue from The Jetsons plays. She often flies around on a broom that happens to be magically alive.
